Hi! I’m Declan,

I enjoy going to live music and writing articles on my experiences, the venues and associated musings about the industry in general, such as the economics of being an artist, gig and concert scheduling and set times, and anything else that I feel like publishing.

I like indie artists and supporting the local scene, generally within Brisbane but also with occasional cameos in other towns and cities in Australia and the wider world.

I do this for the love of the music, so if you don't like what I say you don't have to read it. THere are plenty of other blogs out there that you could be reading instead.

Any money generated from this site is put directly back into going to more gigs and if there is any actual profit, at least 50% of those profits will go to assisting local artists to write, record and perform new music.
